Training Program

This training has been designed to enable you to successfully use IVAPS solution for patent portfolio management. However, the knowledge you will gain in this program includes both how to use IVAPS solution, and how patent portfolio management is performed, in general. During the lectures, demonstrations and exercises you will learn what the value of patents and patent portfolio is, how it can be evaluated and documented with IVAPS solution, and how this can be used for systematic portfolio management and other important tasks. For the purpose of providing practical training on the valuation of patents, both the qualitative and the monetary approaches are used along with the realistic exercises and case studies. Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to understand the different approaches of patent valuation and its importance for the patent portfolio management. This course does not require you to have prior knowledge on patents or patent valuation or IVAPS solution.
